The U-23 Haitian Olympic selection was defeated yesterday Sunday at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Stadium of Boca Raton, by its Argentine counterpart in a friendly match which concluded with the score 3-1.

Mauricio Martinez opened the score just before halftime at the 44th minute.

On the 51st minute, the Argentinian Ángel Correa scored from the penalty spot after a foul committed on José Luis Gómez, and in the 63rd minute the Grenadier midfielder Charles Herold Jr (FC Cibao - DR) scored, bringing the score to 2-1 in favor of Argentina, and finally the Argentinian Giovanni Simeone scored in the 80th minute, bringing the score to 3-1.

The Haitian starting lineup :

Shelson Dorlean, Aristilde Wilguens, Andrew Jean Baptiste, Odilon Jerome, Pierre Paulson, Fabien Vorbe, Charles Herold, Zachary Heriveaux, Junior Dela, Woodensky Chèrenfant and Derick Etienne .

The Argentinian starting lineup :

Gerónimo Rulli, José Luis Gómez, Lisandro Magallán, Víctor Cuesta, Leandro Vega, Santiago Ascacibar, Mauricio Martínez, Lucas Romero; Ángel Correa, Jonathan Calleri and Cristian Espinoza.

U17 defeated the Cayman Islands [4-2]
